Refund policy

For physical goods

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact me at nick@guitardojo.ca. Please include a brief note explaining what the issue is and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange.

Once processed instructions will be emailed back to you with next steps for either the refund or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns/refunds/exchanges for digital products this includes any/all purchases of digitally delivered pdf materials, or online courses taken through the Guitar Dojo app. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
